Izots, an absol with many extremely unusual abilities, some revolving around his cape, some revolving around his power over fire and ice.

Lucario are made from a metal called lucos. Lucos is a living metal with metal like properties, yet it grows and is sensitive like a living thing. It is extremely durable as well being almost immune to nearly every form of attack while the lucario it belongs to is still alive.

However if the lucario dies, it can be frozen, where it becomes fiberous. The strands can be woven together to make a cloth so strong it can withstand bomb blasts.

Izots' cape is made from lucos and has been woven into his own fur.
Like Zhoom, Izots is part fighting and can manipulate aura. He can control the properties of his cape (the size, shape, colour, strength, etc) by using his aura.

He also uses his cape to fan the air, thus negating the delay before he can use razor wind.
He has trained using razor wind so much that any movement of air can be turned into a deadly weapon (Hanzo pointed out that he can slit someone's throat by farting at them ¬.¬ ).
He excells at ranged combat.

If ever confronted up close he'd summon a blizzard and use it to hide inside, dissapearing without trace.

Another skill is his ability to use fire. His father was an Arcanine, and not just any arcanine, he's the son of a legendary fire type. He can call up flames from the ground under his enemies.

A full list of his abilities would go on for ages and it already has so I'll stop now.
